ROCK ON Tee Shirts
We are ordering Rock On tee shirts for those who are interested. They will have the cast names on the back and a design on the front. Anyone else wanting to order one may do so by sending in $10.00 with your name and shirt size. Deadline is Friday, April 15th.

Time: 3:50-6:00pm
Who: All cast members
Come and hang out, relive the moment, and just have fun! Stay as long as you can.....feel free to leave when you have to.
*Turn in all borrowed items from the performance...mainly costume pieces.

The curtain's up....it's showtime!!
Well the time is here. Performance weekend has arrived! The students are so excited and delivered a solid final dress rehearsal performance this evening. The hard work has paid off and they are ready for a real audience! Break a leg and Rock On Denver 5th grade!
*Doors will open for audience arrival at 7:10pm.
*All seats are assigned and our ushers will direct you to your seats.
*Take a moment to sign the wall of fame as you enter the doors to the high school, leaving a message for your favorite performer :)
*If you arrive after 7:30pm please follow the signs to direct yourself to the BACK of the auditeria entrance and find an open seat in the back (PLEASE DO NOT attempt to find your assigned seat if you arrive after the show starts.It is distracting to the performers.)
*Laugh, clap and enjoy yourselves!
*Your child will be dismissed once we have spoken with them backstage after the show. Do not come backstage looking for them. They will find you!!
*Please refrain from allowing small children from coming onto the stage at the end of the performance. The microphones and lights are fragile pieces of equipment!! :)
Thanks for donating your child to us for the past 2 months. You will not be disappointed in their achievements!!

Makeup and Advertising
Just a friendly reminder that....
Show makeup will be done for each cast member upon arrival before each show. In order to ensure uniformity all cast members are to ARRIVE WITHOUT MAKEUP on Sat. and Sun. so as to provide a clean slate for getting their makeup done by our volunteers.
*Also, for any students that had adjustments to make on their costume after they were checked at Saturday's rehearsal, please try to bring those costumes back in for a final check at either Mon., Weds., or Thurs. rehearsal.
Most of the costumes are looking great!
Both shows are filling up fast but tickets can still be purchased at Denver or the night of the show. Please spread the word and advertise this wonderful show to our community. The kids have worked so hard and deserve as big a crowd as they can get! If you would like to hang a Rock On advertising flyer at your workplace, church, etc. please let us know and we will provide those for you!

Friday March 25: Pictures and video

Final dress rehearsal in full costume will be Friday March 25 from 4:30-9:30pm. Dinner will be provided at rehearsal by the Beaugard family. (Thank you!!)
*PROMPTLY at 8:30PM we will do ONE FINAL RUN of the show. Parents are welcome to arrive at 8:15pm if you would like to take pictures of the performance or do a videorecording.
Please note: This will be the ONLY opportunity to take pictures/video of the show.
NO VIDEOGRAPHY OR PHOTOGRAPHY WILL BE PERMITTED THE NIGHT OF THE SHOW as it is distracting to the performers.
We hope to see you there!
*Note: The Wilmington High School media department will be doing a videorecording of the show and copies of that DVD will be available for purchase a couple of weeks after the show.

Each cast member should have brought home an information sheet regarding ticket orders and an order sheet. If you have not received this please ask your child.
